NY Art Life: Celine, thanks for joining us today. We are truly excited to dive into your unique and successful career. Your unique marketing strategy has allowed you to craft exciting campaigns.

Celine Cahill: Yes, thank you for this recognition! NY Art Life is a publication that I have followed extensively, and it’s an honor to be featured here. Yes, I have created different and unique campaigns that have been highly fruitful. One of my favorite tools are free tools. Free tools are one of the most underused tactics for capturing leads. By giving your visitors something personalized and valuable straight away, you can usually capture leads at a 30-40% conversion rate, based on my experience with this tactic. For example, social media is such an important aspect of branding.

Ny Art Life: That’s so interesting. I always figured that users didn’t like free tools or weren’t trustworthy of free tools.

Celine Cahill: Well, lead magnets come in many shapes and sizes. From free online tools to free shipping coupons, their scope covers anything designed with the intention to attract and capture the contact details of a potential lead. It’s a matter of understanding the narrative that needs to be crafted to meet the needs of the user. Understanding the user behavior and activity is key to crafting creative, strategic, and winning campaigns. My social media campaigns have proven to be successful, and this can be seen by the large number of followers, which is 27K, and my high salary of 70K monthly. My marketing strategy is vast and includes:

  • Content marketing
  • Social media marketing
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-per-click advertising (PPC)
  • Email marketing
  • Influencer marketing
  • Earned media and PR
  • Landing pages

However, I have found campaigns and content to be the most effective.

NY Art Life: This is so fascinating! Can you tell us more?

Celine Cahill: Organizations generate content to facilitate the interaction between people (whether current or prospective customers, employees, or clients) and their products or services. Content plays a crucial role in ensuring that the experience of interacting with an organization is smooth and pleasant. Yet very often, companies waste money and resources creating and maintaining content that’s pointless for users and profitless for organizations. And that is because they lack a content strategy. With all of this in mind, I created a campaign that generated six figures in sales. This was considered a success. My strategy included the following: Content strategy comprises four conceptual phases:

  • Planning
  • Creation
  • Maintenance
  • Unpublishing (or removal from the digital product or the user experience)

NY Art Life: Wow, do you think businesses and influencers are utilizing this strategy to their benefit?

Celine Cahill: I don’t. My work is quite complex and involves managing a team of several lead generators. The lead generators interact with users who are enjoying a user experience with my content. The user experience has different levels and different end points based on the profile of the user.

NY Art Life: In my experience, this is accurate. Can you clarify what a user experience is and why it is critical to a brand’s success?

Celine Cahill: UX, or user experience, is how the end user experiences a product or service and how they interact with it. It’s not only about how easy things are to use but also relates to how users perceive their experiences and whether they feel confident and positive about the organization providing them.

From a brand’s perspective, thinking about user experience is about putting yourself into the user’s shoes when they engage with your business and assessing how well the experience you provide is performing. This includes how easy your site is to navigate, whether the information there is presented clearly in plain language, how well the design supports the user to complete their tasks, or on a more basic level, whether everything works properly, with a high page speed, and feels secure and legitimate. All of this is a marketing strategy to persuade the user to trust the brand.

NY Art Life: Yes, brand trustworthiness is so critical for brand success. Can you give our readers some ways they can establish brand trustworthiness?

Celine Cahill: Absolutely! Essentially, brand trustworthiness can be summed up with this single sentence: Practice what you preach. Consumers and users need to be able to rely on you to deliver what you say you will do. Consumers are sophisticated and evaluate all options, meaning they need to make sure every box is checked before making a purchase. Is the product high quality? What do other people say about their experience with the brand? Is there something better out there? In today’s landscape, brand trust is can usually be measured by :

  • Quality of products and services
  • Public perception (ratings, reviews, etc.)
  • Customer service experience
  • Brand mission, values, and reputation
  • Data security and privacy

In order to develop your brand’s trustworthiness, you need to be authentic and true to what you are sharing with your users.

NY Art Life: That’s so true. When we are vetting out our artists for inclusion in our publication, we are undergoing intense research. We want to deliver high-quality articles so that our patrons will continue to see value in the work that we do.

Celine Cahill: Exactly, but again. It’s only one piece of the pie. For example, email marketing is very important. We have an open rate of 20%. This means that we have successfully created an engaging client experience at every step of the client journey.

The brand trustworthiness is only part of the branding experience. My success has been replicated with different influencers where focusing on the client experience is part of a holistic strategy which also includes brand trustworthiness. Their success includes hundreds of thousands of followers across all platforms and an increase in sales due to their more refined user experience journey. They have implemented my strategies and had great success.

NY Art Life: Can you also talk about exclusivity and social media? Most marketing specialists’ goals are to have the largest following possible. What are your thoughts on that?

Celine Cahill: I think it depends on what your goal is as a marketing specialist. My goal is to funnel users into a more extensive experience journey with different sales points throughout the journey. Therefore, in order to persuade the user of the unique experience of my brand, I have decided to maintain an exclusive and unique social media presence. The creative marketing journey that I have created has resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales for me and has allowed me to lead a team of lead generator specialists.

My goal has always been to create a unique journey and user experience. This also ties into my creative decisions with regard to the presentation of my brand and the meaning of my brand experience. My exclusivity is part of my credibility and influence. Additionally, my team leadership allows me to really focus on strategy as my team is focused on more of the day-to-day.

NY Art Life: Thanks for that unique strategy. I’m sure that our readers will think about pivoting or at least changing and exploring a different strategy. What advice can you give to a brand whose goal is to scale?
